Came exactly between the times he needed to come. Dryer gave a code so he basically just cleaned it.

Technician arrived without telephone call, advising he was on the way. Other than that Antonio was outstanding in all regards and exceeded our expectations. The repair was 100 percent satisfactory and saved us from purchasing new washer and dryer. Good on you Antonio,

Tech was pleasant, efficient. He was misinformed in that he thought I needed a repair. Second attempt to get PM done. Scheduling was difficult this time. I have never has such difficulty in getting a time. Every one I picked was changed. Then time of arrival was messed up. Time had already passed by the time I got the message. Waiting all day for a scheduled appointment is not good.

Ernesto was very nice regarding the installation of a new compressor especially given the problems we had with the scheduling. He had the compressor in his van but could not install it because it was not on his phone. He contacted multiple people to get it resolved. I got a call about rescheduling the missed repair call when he was literally standing in my kitchen. The only problem was there were 3 loose screws from the back panel that were rattling whenever you opened or closed the doors. Once we pulled it out, got behind it and tightened them, it has been running like a charm.

Driver had 14 calls to make today. We started out as 3rd on the list with an ETA of 10:00. We were bounced back, at least 3 times and the final arrival was at about 3:15. I understand why they start outward and work back, but knowing this up front would have created less stress on the pets, keeping them penned up all day. In the end, we waited all that time to discover bugs were swarming under the dishwasher. First an exterminator and then a new dishwasher.

Technician looked at all possibilities for the problem of not venting out we found that it is a design deficiency from GE they have it set up where it only events out on one side the other side has no ductwork going to the outside vent the design is unacceptable
