My refrigerator had two problems. It took about five visits to fix the burnt out LED lights, but it turned out to need a wiring harness to be replaced. The icemaker is still not making ice, although he replaced the water filter, and the filter housing. Water comes out, but no water in the freezer to make ice. I shook the ice lever a few times, but still no ice. Will continue to shake the lever and hope something finally happens. I will call back in a few days if nothing happens with the ice.

Giving Jeremiah 4 stars because he was very nice and courteous. Unfortunately this was my third visit with a sears technician for the same problem with my refrigerator and it still not working correctly. 😕

Ernesto was very professional and thorough with the one exception--he forgot to turn the household city gas back on before he left. This was discovered when the central AC/Heat installers were asked to come by and check if a pilot needed to be turned on. They turned the gas back on outside at the meter so everything was able to work: central heater, clothes dryer and two water heaters..

Tech was frustrated and it showed in his communication. Attempted to be condescending when he arrived so had to have my husband handle it. Attitude improved and job was completed. Overall satisfied

This is the 3rd repair for the same problem so hopefully this is it! Though I liked his work, there was no communication the night before nor the morning of. He came 2 hours later than planned.
