Your customer service department needs ALOT of work! You canceled my appt 3 times without even knowing that my part for my washing machine was already at my home waiting for you to install. There is NO LIVE person to ever talk to. I will NEVER use A& E again & I am going to do a google & Yelp review telling of my terrible experience with A & E Sears Company.

Eduardo was good technician took care of the work properly and a safe manner. The only issue now is there is a rattle on the pump. Sounds like something stuck in the pump. It was still pump the water out.

I would have liked to rate as 5 star, but after the repair was completed,I noticed later that morning that the in-door water dispenser all the sudden stopped working. Also , it seems possible that replacing the ice maker did not correct the issue in the freezer. The ice in the collection bin still sticks together in large clumps. And ice is beginning to slowly form on outside of drawer again. The unit has issues, Ernesto is friendly and professional!

My microwave oven has been inoperative for more than 2 months. Every time the service technician come by it seams to be another issue as to why it is not repaired. I think the team needs to do a better job at troubleshoot the issue other than just ordering parts for replacement
