Nick is the most professional technician that I've ever met. Not only is he professional but he's friendly and knowledgeable about the products that I have. I hope that he is the technician that I will see if I need to use the Sears services in the future.

Ernesto, from Sears Home Services, was an excellent repairman. He was thorough, experienced and knowledgeable. I was kept well informed during the work process; i.e. follow ups, advance notice of appointments and arrival times from an automated system. But more important, was that while working Ernesto discussed things with me about the process and steps he was completing. He provided highly qualified skills to get things working again. This is the kind of customer service any homeowner would like to receive. I greatly appreciate Ernesto. Thank you.
