The recent repair experience we just had with Sears Home Services was a pleasant experience. I was given options to reschedule if desired and was notified ahead of time when the repairman was heading my way. Juan the repairman was very knowledgeable and went right to work. He was courteous and organized and executed the task in a timely manner, being aware and tidy from the impact of the task.
