Tech did his part. CHW wouldn't cover parts. CHW said there was a recall on our model Samsung Refrigerator. Recall is ONLY on ice maker which Samsung covers. Still needs other repairs.

I want to thank Jason, for being such a professional, as soon as i met him i felt confident that my issues would be resolved in short order. After i asked him several questions, which he was able to answer to my satisfaction, i let him work and as he was working on my washer, he was explaining to me what he was doing and how to prevent the problem from happening again, Because i realized that this issue was self-inflicted.
