Jorge was excellent. his knowledge of how our refrigerator works was a key factor in getting it correctly repaired (since this was our second service call). the scheduling process, on the other hand, was less than stellar. the phone reps were not accommodating and our appointment kept getting pushed to later dates. not having a working refrigerator for an active family of five in stifling heat was not fun!
