Kenneth came out after first technician failed to find anything wrong with my dryer. I was upset believing that the first technician was just not interested in completing my issue due to his responses to my questions. When I explained situation to Kenneth he helped me to understand not only what the technician role is with warranty coverage but he also helped me to understand how that coverage affects each technicians responsibility during an attempted repair. He was willing to take just a moment to explain situation which provided me better understanding of why first technician was not able to complete repair! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!
