Ernesto, from Sears Home Services, was an excellent repairman. He was thorough, experienced and knowledgeable. I was kept well informed during the work process; i.e. follow ups, advance notice of appointments and arrival times from an automated system. But more important, was that while working Ernesto discussed things with me about the process and steps he was completing. He provided highly qualified skills to get things working again.
