My 20 year old Kenmore front load washer stopped going to the drain/spin cycle and showed a SUD and an F code. Antonio asked me these questions and explained what the possible problems and solutions were. He gave me an estimate of the cost before he proceeded with the repair. The problem was what he expected and the cost was reasonable. My washer is working perfectly again. He did an excellent job!
