Dryer not working properly.
Johnathon did a great job on our dryer. He was cordial, respectful, and got to work on the problem immediately upon arriving. Provided valuable information on what he did. Replaced needed parts and everything is working great. Excellent technician...excellent employee.

He even went so far as to discuss with me why he felt these appliances would last me a long time. I think when a technician truly cares, it comes out in the work they do.
