Tim seems to know what he's doing. We have a great appreciation for his hard work. We're in the process of getting a much needed new replacement refrigerator. Thank you Tim for fighting for us and what is right. Hopefully the replacement process will end soon. Several weeks of ice chest usage, purchasing daily ice and loss of food will get Sears moving.

Very respectful and professional. Got the job done pretty quick and got my washer working. I was surprised when he showed up at my house the gate was closed. He called me and I said let me get my wife to open the gate he said "it's raining let me do it" a lot of people would not go above and beyond to get the job done and I feel like he did. Thank you
