My dryer stopped working. Have service contract with sears that covers all my appliances. Tech came out after 3 day wait and said switch on dryer needed to be replaced. Part had to be ordered ordered since service trucks no longer carried parts. Gave me appointment for one week later. He said he had to wait on the part to arrive but if it came in sooner then I could call to get earlier service date. I was not happy about the wait but was hoping part would arrive soon. Part came in two days later and I called and was given appointment for 19th of August. Technician never showed up. Called sears to speak with foreigner in another country who I could barely understand but was told in garbled English that my appointment had been moved to Wednesday 21st. ...again from 8-12. No one showed up again!! Called sears again and was told that no one had noted on my "profile " that I had received the parts needed so they kept pushing me appointments back!! Got very upset and was put on hold for 5 minutes and then was told a tech would be sent out and would arrive between 3-5. Technician that finally fixed my dryer was a nice individual. Getting my dryer fixed turned into a incompetent circus.

Prompt service, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. He said he would be at the house in about 30 minutes, and he was. He had to get a part to replace, and he was back in the time he stated. Very nice working with him!!
