At 8:15am I called Sears Home Repair for service on my Maytag dryer. Within just a couple hours, Albert, a very capable repair man appeared at my door, repaired my dryer and was gone! Excellent service, thank you very much.

Gilbert was on time, let me know he was on his way, gave good advice and fixed the problem with our refrigerator door. We also discussed a problem we're having with our washing machine and he explained what might be wrong with it, gave us a quote on how much it would cost for the parts and told us to let Sears know if we want to have it repaired. He said Sears can repair all appliances regardless of brand. I would use Gilbert again as our service technician.
