Intermittent furnace fault resolved.
Jose's initial contact was impressive. He asked me to tell him exactly what the symptoms were and what I had done and what previous technicians had done. Then he listened. He then worked on the unit and did everything he could to duplicate the problem. This problem Has been illusion. Even though he duplicated and reset switches, he still ordered replacement parts and told me He would be back to replace them because they were obviously intermittent and would probably fail again. And yes, the system operated as it should for 12-14 hours, then stopped heating again. I'm quite sure with the parts changed now that it will no longer fail intermittently. He also communicated with me at each step of the was and told me what to expect. I highly recommend him for any difficult problem to troubleshoot.

He was very professional, polite and precise. He explained what he would be doing, and I was able to assist him if needed to find the breaker box. The guy was a 10 out of ten!

Noah was beyond helpful and informative. We've had issues for 3 years! The part sears sent was refurbished and not fully satisfied with Sears resolution. Cycle option still skips. Will be contacting corporate and BBB. As far as Noah we were very pleased with his service!
