Excellent Performaer.
Juan was polite, calm in doing his job. he explain what was wrong and what cause the break down. in the future I would like for him to be our regular technican.

Noah was beyond helpful and informative. We've had issues for 3 years! The part sears sent was refurbished and not fully satisfied with Sears resolution. Cycle option still skips. Will be contacting corporate and BBB. As far as Noah we were very pleased with his service!

He was fantastic. He got right in, fixed the problem, informed me about vents and how it holds lint, debris etc and how to fix it. He was courteous and knowledgeable. All around he is a 5 star! Way to go!
