Washer Repair
Jonathan was very good, he explained everything that he was doing. Tested the washer before leaving to determine if the repairs fixed the problem. Would use him again, but I hope I don't need to.

Two previous technicians before Edwardo. The first diagnosed and ordered parts. The second technician removed the old and replaced with the new parts. The machine needed fine tuning and that is what Edwardo accomplished.

Jose's initial contact was impressive. He asked me to tell him exactly what the symptoms were and what I had done and what previous technicians had done. Then he listened. He then worked on the unit and did everything he could to duplicate the problem. This problem Has been illusion. Even though he duplicated and reset switches, he still ordered replacement parts and told me He would be back to replace them because they were obviously intermittent and would probably fail again. And yes, the system operated as it should for 12-14 hours, then stopped heating again. I'm quite sure with the parts changed now that it will no longer fail intermittently. He also communicated with me at each step of the was and told me what to expect. I highly recommend him for any difficult problem to troubleshoot.
