This is the 6th technician that has come to our house in the past 30 days to try to fix our refrigerator. Installed another set of parts (condenser and one more part). He was extremely approachable and professional. Worked hard entire time he was here. We really appreciated him. We have been without a working refrigerator for one month now and Sears has agreed that if this visit does not result in a working refrigerator then they will give me a new one. Have been with Sears and Kenmore appliances in my house for over 45 years.
