Washer Repair
Dionysios is an expert in his trade. Answered all my questions. When it is a stacked washer and dryer Sears Home Services should automatically send two people as one can't lift the dryer off the washer. Both units were purchased a stacked pair and I should not be charged for the second person.

Gilbert provided us with excellent service, he repaired the door which the other tech did not repair properly. Now the door is opening with out any noise. The oven door is open smoothly now and we can enjoy our oven.

Ernest was the tech that fixed my washer. He ordered the part and came back to install it when the part. came to my residence. Did a great job. Now we'll see if the washer operates properly. We have 30 days of warranty and we are hoping that the washer continues to work satisfactorily. Cost of labor is quite pricy though.
