Nicolas Dionysios was very knowledgeable and spent a good bit of time getting to the bottom of the problem with our microwave. He was very careful and patient in removing it and very careful in diagnosing the problem. He was very friendly and considerate and answered many questions we had. We highly recommend him.

Gilbert is very knowledgeable about the equipment he is servicing. He was very polite. and well mannered to me and my wife. He was helpful in explaining what was wrong with our equipment, he installed the new part and ran the system. The system checked good ran with out any error.

Appointment was scheduled for the following morning. Juan called ahead and gave me a 20 minute heads up. He showed up within the scheduled window. He completed the job (replace heating element) quickly. He was very pleasant and explained what he was doing, showing me how he arrived at his diagnosis. Upon completion he cleaned the area. Five stars from me!

Juan was very nice, he checked my refrigerator and tried to fix it but we decided to buy a new one. He explain to us our options, he was very honest we really appreciate it. Instead we asked him to do the maintenance for the dryer and washer machine. Thank you Sears for sending Juan, he was awesome! 😃

Dionysios is an expert in his trade. Answered all my questions. When it is a stacked washer and dryer Sears Home Services should automatically send two people as one can't lift the dryer off the washer. Both units were purchased a stacked pair and I should not be charged for the second person.
