Andrew, the Technician was on time, friendly, and an expert in accomplishing his assigned job for the dryer. We would appreciate if he could be the one to repair our washer as well. He was the original technician that came out and diagnosed both appliances. We thought he was going to repair both today. Unfortunately, he was only given the dryer.
