Tech. was great, Sears admin BAD.
Sears used to be a great Co. The appliance service administration is horrible. It is impossible to speak to a person to discuss issues. Supervisors are NOT available to resolve problems. I used to contract with them (never again). This time they were forced on me by "Choice Warranty" service. The Tech was great and did his job. I am beginning to believe that it is better to budget $$ each month for future repairs rather than sign up for these overrated warranty companies.
