Jonathan and Andrew were awesome! The AI system is a nightmare! Can be very efficient but it kept flagging my repair as parts were on backorder. When in fact, I had all the parts I needed two weeks ago. Maybe dial back the AI to about 80 to 85% and have actual humans on the other side of the phone to help customers for cases like this
