He was incredibly knowledgeable about the problem and even had the correct part in his truck. He was very efficient and tidy, leaving the area cleaner than when he started. I also want to mention his outstanding customer service, he went above and beyond.

This is Juan's 2nd time to install frig replacement parts.He quickly replaced the water pitcher. I mentioned that replacement ice maker was giving me a problem. He was able to tweak that too.
