I want to praise Dionysios. He was the third repairman sent to figure out why my dishwasher was not completely draining. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the problem and even had the correct part in his truck. He was very efficient and tidy, leaving the area cleaner than when he started. I also want to mention his outstanding customer service, he went above and beyond.

This is Juan's 2nd time to install frig replacement parts.He quickly replaced the water pitcher. I mentioned that replacement ice maker was giving me a problem. He was able to tweak that too.
