Jonathan was very helpful in sorting out the scheduling mistakes that were made. He was persistent, pleasant and went above and beyond to correct the mistakes that had nothing to do with anything he had done. He explained his repairs well and did a good job in diagnosing and repairing. Thank you!

Jonathan went above and beyond to correct the scheduling mistakes made by others. This was very helpful for me and my schedule. He did an excellent job explaining the process, diagnosing and making the necessary repairs. I also recommend the Sear’s home warranty for appliances. Their technicians are all Sear’s certified.

Jose. 5 Stars THE REVIEW WAS GOOD ONLY FOR JOSE… Caring Compassionate Kind Human Responsible Respectful Good Listener Professional AI - ZERO stars Rescheduled me 3 times, NO 24 hour notice, I was notified AFTER 10 am EACH occurrence. VERY RUDE of my time. Then the AI rescheduled me and didn’t even ask if I was ok with that. HIW RUDE IS THAT??? I had a prior appointment the day of that appointment, so I rescheduled for the following day. I was surprised a human being showed up… AI was a COMPLETE waste of my time. RUDE NO COMPASSION TIME WASTER NO REAL ANSWERS HANGS UP ON YOU CAUSES MORE FRUSTRATION IRRITATING COLD IMPERSONAL AND …MY AIR CONDITIONING IS STILL BROKEN… NOT HAPPY…

Even though appt. was cancelled .Ernest is truly a professional person, prior to freezer being condemned he troubled shot the problems the three times he was here.Kudos to Ernest. Job well done
