Efficient & rapid diagnosis and fix
The compressor went out on my Kenmore Elite frig 3 weeks ago. Kenmore/Sears ordered the parts and repaired it. Since the repair the frig just doesn't feel cold enough. Also the icemaker stopped working immediately. I called them up & they sent a tech out the next day. The tech listened and immediately confirmed my suspicions. He fixed my unit on the spot at no charge. And now both the unit temp & ice maker are working perfectly. I live a happy ending!!!
