Jacob did a fantastic job at fixing what I needed to fix. He was efficient and was able to tell me about what he was doing. Great, professional, stand up guy. He also saved my dog from running out onto the street while cars were coming. What a hero.

Matthew did a great job replacing my ice maker. He also discovered and fixed a leak at one of the water outlets. He was polite, answered all my questions, and cleaned up his work area when he finished. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs appliance service!

Robert was very pleasant, down to earth, easy to talk to, and fixed one out of two problems with the second one on back order (old ice maker) no fault whatsoever on his part. We finally have ICE coming out now from our Samsung refrigerator with French doors that was not working for nearly 4 years. I no longer need to buy ice which will save me about $100 a month. Thanks again Robert

I confirmed my appointment for Wednesday not today I even called choice home warranty and they also told me I was confirmed for Wednesday I’ve been trying to call sears home service and AI says there is not live fustrating I need a time frame for Wednesday
