You need to replace him. He did not seem enthusiastic about arriving . The first technician that arrived showed enthusiasm and knowledge about his job . He asked questions about my concerns with the air conditioner and was very well mannered. Plus the repairman that arrived the second time told me there was no discount and yet your company had offered a $25.00 credit on a future service call
