Technician was professional, efficient and helpful.... Communication with main scheduling system is lame...do not count on speaking with a human...that is impossible... AI system gave me five confirmations for specific date then after no one showed, it tried to tell me appointment was for next day.

Eduardo, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and just excellent. He gets 5 Stars from me. The AI system used to make appointments and to let you know when the technician will arrive gets 1 stars, useless! A good AI system could give a window for arrival !
