Tom was an excellent representative if the company. Pleasant and Professional. However, identified the problem which required a part that cost roughly $100. The total bid price was over $700. Obviously I opted to decline further service.

Johnathon was great. He communicated with me so I knew he was on his way. He explained everything and my dishwasher is again working well. Thank you. I was unhappy as I scheduled the visit and could not speak with a human on the phone. I needed 1-5 instead of 8-5 due to a class I have in the mornings. It is very frustration to only communicate with AI And, you have the wrong phone number for me. I kept trying to correct it, but couldn't. Thank goodness Jonathon knew about my timing and had my phone number from a previous visit. He helped mediate the stress.

Tom did an excellent job of tuning up my riding lawn mower. Didn’t take any time at all considering all that he did …..including changing out a new tire. Tom is very courteous and explained everything he did to making the lawn mower sound new again. Tom is very knowledgeable and has serviced my mower in the past.

Came diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and came back and repaired the dryer. Cleaned up the area, offered some maintenance advice, and had me review all the completed work. Great job, done exactly the way I wanted.
