The technician was fantastic!! The warranty company is another story. Their communication with the technician and repair company is not good. They are not good at communicating what I asked for causing the first appt to get cancelled and rescheduled. They messed it up again when the tech got here he was so helpful and got the part I needed brought to my house and was able to fix the refrig. He was able to also service the frig! He went above and beyond what he had to do. Very thankful for him. So overall it ended up being a good service call. Thank you
