George was wonderful. However, I have had multiple problems with your phone people. I kept telling them that I received all parts and they would say I was on the schedule for an appointment and then it would cancel out because “all parts had not been delivered.” Katelyn, Bianca (by far the worst), and Jonathan did not do their jobs. I finally found a different number and got in touch with Ernesto (God bless this man) who told me that the appointments would keep getting canceled because no one had checked the box that said “all parts have been received.”

Jose was fantastic. He expertly diagnosed a difficult heating issue we were having and replaced the failing parts to get our system functioning like new. Jose was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
