Not worth the many times Sears has come by to try to repair the same problem on my washer. It doesn’t make sense and no one is authorized to make smart decisions .

Tom our service technician called to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival he was very respectful and told us he was here for our service checkup. We felt very good about his visit. Tom informed us Sears not only has an appliance service program, but they also have a home warranty program which we didn’t know about. I would recommend Sears appliance service to others.
