On time. I’ve attempted several times to tell ai that all parts have been received. They keep changing my repair date due to parts not showing on their end that they have been received. Such a disappointment that you aren’t able to speak to a actual person

James arrived and went right to work on finding the problem with the dryer. After checking the normal items, he took the dryer apart and found the belt had came off the spindle. he cleaned and vacuumed the area and the dryer worked correctly with the blower working as it it suppose to work. James is a true professional and explains the work being completed. I would recommend him to anyone needing a repair completed correctly.
