Technician was very knowledgeable and skilled. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. A/C Unit working fine now. Also took photos of other household appliances to register them in the system so they will have info needed if we have any problems with any of them. Great customer service!

Warranty call. No cost beyond the $95 service call cost charged by the warranty company. The warranty company declined to pay for the repair due to the age of the machine and the cost of the parts and labor required to fix it. I am waiting to hear what kind of compensation the warranty company is going to offer to apply to the purchase of a new washing machine. The technician explained the process and let me know in advance about the possibility of the eventual outcome.
