My Sears technician was very informative about anything that I had to ask him regarding what he was going to be doing with my washer. He was also very informative on the do’s and don’ts about what could make my older washer last even longer. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician… He was super friendly & fast at his job. He went above & beyond at fixing my washer leak.

Neal (5 stars) was the last technician to come to our home to repair a botched dryer roller and drive belt replacement. The rollers replacement was great and not a post problem. It was the belt replacement that was the problem. The drive belt is of serpentine design ("V" notches running the length of the belt on one side and smooth on the other). The drive motor was outfitted with a drive wheel that was to receive the serpentine side of the wheel. This not being the case there was not enough traction/friction to turn a normal full load to dry. We had to reduce the washed load to 1/3 (33.3%) to 1/4 (25%) of the wash load. To top things off, the AI scheduling system made the time for a technician to come out to over a month due to numerous rescheduling excuses. after each delay/reschedule the AI system placed us at the back of the reschedule line for the next appointment. There was no priority allowed for the mismanagement and rescheduling of this AI scheduling system. One appointment was a total "no show" by the technician. It is impossible to communicate with a living person. It is so sad that Sears Home Service has chosen to degrade its Customer Service to a non-feeling, robotic AI system Again, thank you Neil and I give you 5 stars (I wish I could give you 6 stars). The AI scheduling system I would give a Negative five stars (-5 stars). Customers Beware . . .
