I wanted to give this transaction THREE STARS but I am afraid that might hurt the people involved. Both Thomas G and Eduardo were fantastic. Both deserve FIVE STARS! Thomas quickly identified the problem and ordered the replacement part and got us a good appointment date. Eduardo quickly installed it and got our range working again. In between, however, we had our appointment changed FIVE times based on the part being delayed. It wasn't. It arrived early - FOUR days before our original appointment date. I had to go online and request a stop to the machine-rescheduling of our appointment date and get a new date. Many thanks to Nicholas Willis for sorting that one out. FIVE STARS to him as well. FIVE STARS to Thomas, Eduardo, and Nicholas. THREE STARS to the system that couldn't get its act together.
