I rated the technician at 5 ⭐️ he did an awesome job repairing the stove. Additional comments: Dissatisfied with the ordering department they continued to send wrong parts. It took longer than expected to repair the stove. Poor customer service!

The technician did a very good job of installing a replacement door seal on our refrigerator. So, he gets 5 stars. However, Sears Appliance Repair should get 1 star, because they charged me at least 2X what should have been charged. ($504 instead of $250)
