He took the time to find the problem to repair my AC, and did not leave until he knew the AC was working properly. no refrigerator/freezer for over two months until Juan showed. his coworker had initially diagnosed the problem but he was on another assignment, replaced by Juan who left the unit working better than when new. the Sears teamwork was the key to a now working unit.

Johnathan did a great job. He communicated exactly what he was doing and was very dedicated to insure the repairs were made correctly. He left the work area very clean and removed all the cardboard and old parts. I am very satisfied with the work.
