Timothy was our repair guy and he was on time, extremely knowledgeable about what was needed in order to complete the repair. He filled out the information in his report and spoke to others about why the fridge could not be fixed. He was unable to fix the refrigerator but he explained that the process was still being addressed and explained to others what we've been dealing with for over 2 months while waiting...still waiting with broken fridge but it wasn't his fault. Evidently they don't make parts for our fridge anymore. We've only had it for 16 months before it completely defrosted as in hot on the inside of fridge and freezer. He was super helpful with explaining everything and did everything humanly possible. The part that we need to fix it just does not exist...so, still waiting for a resolution and trying to be patient while my expensive $3200 fridge takes up space in my kitchen...but I don't blame the repair guy, he was great...the part just doesn't exist!
