I recently had an issue with my air conditioner and called through my home warranty. I wish I payed closer attention to the Technician’s Name. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem to me in a way I could easily understand. Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also provided helpful tips for future maintenance. I’m very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him for any AC repairs!”

🗣JONATHAN! What A Curtious Knowledgeable Professional! Today 10-30-2024 he worked on my oven. I thought it was a lost cause, but Jonathan told me to relax and give him 15 minutes. And he was right! He evaluated my stove and had it working in no time. He was Quiet, Professional and in no time told me the issue and fixed my stove! Everyone should join this SEARS Service, it is well worth the mthly cost, they give you an appointment fast, and Repairman give you updates as to when they will be there. I will always be a member, and the relief you get from this membership is well worth it, especially for the elderly, and women. Please Thank Jonathan again for me. I would have given him 5 stars, but the app just kept going back to my last repair service...(which also was superior), so I was unable to rate him. Please Thank Jonathan again! A.
