I was sent multiple emails and texts confirming my appointment, then tracking the technician, and giving me his estimated time of arrival. Juan was courteous, and friendly, telling us exactly what he was doing as he did it. He was fast and efficient! He even took the time to clean up a little bit of water that dripped off the freezer drawer as he replaced the icemaker. Will definitely use their services again.
