Service and diagnosis was done well. The cost of labor to install the cbd board is too expensive. Can't afford to do it. It would be $444 for labor and the board costs $230. Diagnosis costs $107 for a total of $780

Jorge was quite helpful. We did not get the refrigerator repaired because I was forced to purchase a new one prior to the service appointment. We are hoping that Kenmore/Sears is going to help out with that unexpected purchase. Update: Kenmore/Sears has not done anything to help with the lemon KenmorePro refrigerator that I bought new 7 years ago. This defective item had compressor failure twice since purchased. I no longer have faith in their products nor do I recommend that people purchase from them.
