The technician was very friendly, polite, explaining what he would be doing and the time frame it would take to replace the part for the washing machine . Also made sure the washing was working properly, also asked if I had any questions before leaving. I would like to thank him for is Outstanding Service.. 😀

Did not fix dryer, but it was not his fault. Technicians have been out 10 times to repair dryer, it has caught on fire twice. After about an hour on the phone to sears main service, he finally got approval to replace dryer. Great job.

Mr. Sebastian came by quickly assessed that the issue with my furnace was the blower fan and made sure that he got the part that needed replaced with a brand new out of the box part. He also found that the capacitor on the outside u it was failing and fixed that too. My A/C is now working perfectly.
