Technicians where very honest .. told me what was wrong with my washer and how to fix it myself for 50 bucks as opposed to the 700 for them to fix ..

Robert worked patiently with our limitations (e.g. individual at home was on a conference call, so he communicated via phone & text with owner that was not home). He could not resolve our problem due to discontinued parts, but went above what was expected by recommending alternative options.
