Refrigerator Repair

Deryck was polite and courteous. He arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem without opening the refrigerator. He stated that the control boards was out. He stated that "That is a problem with Frigidaire". He opened the door on the refrigerator and took pictures of the serial number. He told me that he would order the part and it would be in in about 3-4 days. He also stated that if there was any warranty issues someone from Sears would call me. He never once said anything to me about the bug infestation or the fact that the warranty would not cover the repair. As far as a technician goes,I give Desryck a 4.5 out of 5. As far as communication skills with the customer he gets a 0. I understand that the " infestation " voids the warranty but the technician should have told me that. The fact that he was able to diagnose the problem without even opening the door to see that there were bugs inside and stating that there is a problem with the control boards on Frigidaire refrigerators should be an indicator that the problem exists even without and infestation.

still not working

Danny is a nice guy but i have had someone out to my house 6 times and my ice maker still does not work. I am getting frustrated.

Derrick P ruined my dryer

The guy broke my lint housing. One of the pieces fell into the blower housing getting wedged between the blower wheel and housing. Im guessing he was starting the machine trying to figure out what the noise was. We'll in the process the plastic piece became wedged between the blower wheel and housing stopping the blower from moving. It backed power up into the main control board during it up. Now the dryer is 2 years old not a cheap dryer either. They don't make the board anymore. So I tried calling these people only to get nowhere. There is no one to complain to nor do they care. I had to buy a new dryer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. And to top it off he just threw all the broken pieces in my dryer and just left

Not very good

Dude disassembled my lint trap to put in a moisture sensor. So I get home washed some clothes went put put them in my dryer and the lint trap assembly is broken. And just placed where it should have went. Oh and he didn't put back any screws in anything. one piece is broke in 2 and I can't find the other half. The wiring harness is torn in 2. he also left something loose in my dryer and when you turn it on it drags it around.

Technician was only here for less than 30 minutes, said he fixed the issue. Issue was not fixed the washer is still leaking water.

Repair washer

The serviceman was nice but he didn't fix my washer. The washer still does not rinse out the soap from clothes. Even when minimal soap is used. This is the same repair issue as for all the previous repair requests.

Someone made you change your report you made to me about my furnace! Where is your integrity and the orginal report where you told me my furnace was too old and you didn't know how to fix it. You were going to send someone else with more experience to look at it!!! By the way-who did you FaceTime to show them my heater and the old thermostat who remarked "That's the thermostat?" I'm ashamed of you and your mother would be too!
