Oven Woes
Ralph, was very prompt to our call. He started checking everything in the oven. Found the element was out. It didn't seem to take him long to find the problem and then installed a new element. He's great!

Sensor would not let washer even start
The sensor made a squeaky sound, and then started working It still squeaks a little when it changes into each cycle but it is working now. I am thrilled. I am happy with this washer and so very happy that Ralph got it to working again. Ralph deserves all the stars, in my opinion.
