Still have an issue
He was very nice got the parts replaced but now the knob does not line up and will not go on some cycles. Said he would order another knob but when I checked my order had been completed and no knob ordered. I need this fixed.

Ralph did a great job. I have no problem with our technician at all. I have a huge problem with the AI service that schedules these appointments. It is not reliable. It continued to try to schedule appointments for me after my original appointment was made. I confirmed through that AI service and thought everything was fine. I was then texted, emailed, and called to reschedule. All the while I'm not wanting to reschedule because each time you reschedule it pushed the date out farther. It was already a month that my washer had been broken when this was happening. Very frustrating scheduling service.

Ralph was very professional and he diagnosed problem and ordered part. He very promptly arrived and fixed the dryer. Problem is dryer now makes a different noise when drying is complete.

It took him 3 times to fix my washer. One time he came out and told me when conns set up the washer they did not take the shipping rod out. It took me less then 2 seconds to pull it out. He should have pulled it out. He was friendly and he knew what he was doing. I talked to my uncle that worked you sears for over 30 years and he said he would have pulled it out.
