GE dryer adjustment

Ralph is extraordinary. Not only does he know his craft exceedingly well, he is also a joy to visit with. When he was working on our clothes-dryer problem, he received several phone calls to get his advice from other service-techs. Ralph was more than willing to help them out. No doubt he is a master-mentor. This guy was a jewel to explain what he was doing to solve the dryer's problem, and solve it he did. Sears Home Services better hope he can be kept on the payroll before some other service-company hires him away.

Ralph S. was our service technician. He was so courteous and professional in his approach. He was very quick to identify and fix our problem and made sure the dishwasher worked properly before he left. He explained the Sears Home Warranty program very well and we were glad to purchase it. When we need to have service in the future, I plan to request him.

Kylen was very thorough and explained everything to me. He was courteous & very knowledgeable. I can't say the same for the company he works for. A & E/Sears has very poor customer service in that you cannot reach anyone to talk to about an issue.
