Ralph is excellent in understanding and efficiently ordering and repairing the appliances. He expalins things well and answers questions for the customer. He is cheerful and enjoys his work. I really appreciate him being the repairman. Also, he was able to clean the coils on the back of refridgerator. He was very helpful. I initially was not looking forward to having to do the repair.
