After going 9-10 weeks with out dryer I was not happy. Waiting 2 weeks In between service calls each time getting parts was a long time. I should have bought a new dryer but didn't because I had the insurance. Danny was great very pleasant and knows what he is doing. I just feel that it was an extremely long time. I tried many times to call Sears and could never never get a real person. It would be nice for you to put people back to work so you could tell them what you need. Needless to say this has been very frustrating and disappointed ..
